CO-WORKER TRAINING OF NELCSA

We cordially invite all NELCSA members – and also friends beyond the confines of our church - to the following courses:

28th May Presence meeting for co-worker training, at North Rand Congregation

Two parallel sessions: both 9.00 to 14.00

you can attend only one of the parallel sessions.

1. Liturgy 1 (Basic): "Let the Service Flow": Structured and Flexible Services: We explore different forms of services, opportunities and dangers and why certain structures developed in history.
Presenter: Pastor Dr Gertrud Tönsing

2. Homiletics 2 (Advanced): "Ways of looking at sin" – in Old and New Testament, Theology, Psychology and Preaching
Presenter: Pastor Dieter Klee

The courses are open for anyone wishing to improve their ability to serve in the church. They are designed to equip individuals and groups for the various ministries of Christ.

We will try to also broadcast the courses via Zoom, but the focus will be on the participants present. If you desire to link in via Zoom, please indicate this when registering.

The day programme will be:

Arrival 8.30 to 9.00,
Session 1 9.00 to 10.45,
Tea 10.45 to 11.15,
Session 2 11.15 to 13.30,
Lunch 13.30 to 14.00.
